Don’t Drink … Play!
Sunday, 29. May 2022
If you enjoy having a a drink every once in a while, keep your cash at home if you set out to do your drinking in a casino. I am serious. Empty your purse, your wallet, and keep all cash, plastic credit and checks back at the hotel. Take only the money you intend to spend on beverages, tips and only the pocket change you expect to throw away and leave the rest behind.
Pessimistic? Not at all. Realistic more like. You can experience a profit after a boozy night out with your acquaintances and be blessed sufficiently to hit a long roll at a hot craps table. Keep that story seeing that it is as brief as it gets if you always drink and bet. These activities simply do not mix.
Leaving your money out of the casino might be a little bit excessive, but defensive measures for excessive actions is a requirement. If you wager to win, then don’t consume alcohol and play. If you can afford to be wasteful with your cash nary a concern, then consume all the complimentary beer you are able to handle, but do not carry plastic credit and checks to throw into the mix of following losses after your drunken self squanders all the cash!
Let me to carry this a single step further. Don’t drink and then head on the web to wager in your best-liked casino either. I enjoy a beer from the comfort of my apartment, but considering that I’m linked up through Neteller, Firepay and keep credit cards near by, I can’t drink and gamble.
What’s the reason? Although I do not drink alcohol to excess, once I drink, it is absolutely sufficient to cloud my common sense. I gamble, so I do not consume alcohol when gambling. If you are more of a drinker, don’t wager when you do. Both make for a ferocious, and expensive, cocktail.
