Learning From My Wagering Failures
Saturday, 31. October 2020
I have been gaming on the net or at brick and mortar gambling dens for many years. I have learned, the habit usually will take a hold of you and you won’t even see it up until you are bankrupt. Especially if you are on a profit streak. I have gone through countless hundreds of dollars in a very short period of time and at times, I will go a bit too far. It appears you are only having a blast until you decide to consider your loss and the blame sets in, and of course you continue advising yourself "I can earn the mulla back" at length. It never works. Then you get sick to your stomach and the harder you try the more rapidly you relinquish.
When you see that you are in the black, STAY in the Black! When you start to lose, don’t convince yourself, "well just one more" and again and again, believe me, this plan RARELY ever works. Say you are betting on slot machine games, have a pot separate prior to beginning your gambling. DON’T go over this cap, regardless of how appealing. If you happen to earn, put that in a different canister. Do not risk your earnings no matter what. Once you have gambled through your original set cutoff, stop. Leave, regardless if it’s on the internet or at a real life gambling den, don’t stick around. Always keep in mind, there will be other days, another time. Obviously, this technique can function for any casino game that you wager on, be it bingo, poker, electronic poker, keno, chemin de fer or any other game.
Remember, betting is supposed to be enjoyable not burdensome, nauseating work! If you aren’t having fun yourself, you do not belong there. If you can’t pay for the losses, don’t even start.
